GALLO FAMILY BRANDS - SWEEPSTAKES



Challenge:

Gallo Family Vineyards needed territory specific promotions to boost seasonal sales at different times of the year, and using different brands per promotion. Their aim was to create brand awareness at the retail level of seasonal items, not necessarily to drive numbers for their social media fan base or customer information database.

Solution:

Sharpleft created a series of sweepstakes, some traditional sweepstakes with POS tear-pad mail in entry and drawings, and other Social Media contests where users entered via a retailers Facebook page, and entered their information for random drawings.

Sharpleft created all POS, promotional materials, executed and managed the Sweepstakes and contests, created the Rules and Regulations by working with Gallo’s legal team to ensure all terms and conditions were met, and then vetted the winners, and fulfilled the prizes.

Results:

Gallo family Vineyards was thrilled that Sharpleft worked our mojo on multiple sweepstakes and was able to execute quickly, on time and on budget.
